Agent Project Status Update
This note summarizes the current public-facing status of the agent-related projects being developed for the portfolio. It is intentionally concise and excludes sensitive operational details.
Current Project Statuses
- Chief Command Center: active local prototype. The dashboard now captures tasks, separates work from rules, shows lane-based status, and stages agent-directed commands for approval.
- Mnemo: prototype memory-steward concept. Its role is to review memory candidates, preserve useful context, and support structured memory decisions rather than silently saving everything.
- mi_bot: scoped email-intelligence workflow. Its intended role is narrow: build structured evidence and process signals from tagged Gmail threads.
- WordPress Portfolio: connected and being reorganized into a proof-of-work site. Current focus is homepage structure, project pages, case studies, writing, and agent notes.
- OpenClaw Runtime: active operating environment. Recent work has focused on safer routing, clearer approval gates, and understanding where fallback behavior needs improvement.
Near-Term Priorities
- Turn the homepage into a guided portfolio map.
- Make agent notes a regular public update category.
- Document each agent project as a clear case study or project entry.
- Keep sensitive records, credentials, and internal operational details out of public posts.
Status
Published as a concise portfolio demo update in the Agent Notes category.
